Cerulli Associates has a deep commitment to environmental and social impact, both in our offices and through our research. Our commitment to the environment is a core cultural tenet. We realize our actions both in and out of the office can contribute to creating positive environmental outcomes.
"You should be a responsible consumer of energy and do what you can to help improve the situation for the planet. That includes energy savings, recycling, composting, and it includes informing your employees of ways they can be more responsible themselves both here and outside the office."

We changed the office overhead lighting to LED fixtures, which reduced our energy consumption by over 30%, and almost entirely eliminated the need to replace lightbulbs. We also filmed a video with the City of Boston's Greenovate department about how we are working on energy efficiency.
Reduce: We take strides to reduce waste through composting.
Reuse: We say ‘no’ to single-use items. We provide employees with mugs, travel cups, and water bottles for consistent reuse.
Recycle: We strive to make it easy for employees to recycle. With recycle bins prevalent throughout the office, we make it easy for employees to make good decisions when it comes to discarding unwanted materials.
While removing printing is not feasible for our line of business, how we print and how much we print are areas we can control. We print publications on 100% recycled paper with soy-based ink. We also use Just-in-Time printing, which reduces our printing by about 80,000 pages per year.
We provide office space and facilities support to environmental organizations, including Mothers Out Front, Clean Water Action, the Renewable Energy Task Force, and the Gas Leak Allies. Community outreach is important to us, which is why we hold regular events updating our neighbors on the benefits of implementing sustainable practices and sponsor events like Net Impact. Our efforts led to recognition by Boston Organics and the Neighborhood Association of Back Bay.
Giving back is important to our corporate culture. Our Cerulli Cares Committee hosts regular events to help our neighbors. A few initiatives we support are listed below:
We are always open to new ideas to give back to the community and welcome any ideas for environmental preservation.
